There’s no denying the wondrous medicinal properties of quail meat. Though nowhere near to chicken in size, its meat, however, is rich in protein, minerals and vitamins. Here’s how to prepare stuffed quail, rich in taste and medicinal content too.

Meat of 4 birds
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 lime
1 cup tomato puree
For masala
Oil as required
2 big onions (chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 tomato (chopped)
10 boiled quail eggs
