Wind would be blowing at 65 kilometres per hour within the sea and the waves may rise to a height of four metres. As of the now, Kerala is no danger. But, that may change as natural phenomena are unpredictable. But, the government is ready to face any kind of eventualities. Have they learnt their lessons from the past?
